What does SetWeb do?
SetWeb builds and looks after the technology small businesses run on: websites, custom software, AI automation, hosting and managed IT support. The same team builds the systems and supports them afterwards, so there is one number to ring when something needs changing or stops working.
Where is SetWeb based, and which areas do you cover?
SetWeb’s office is at Oak House A, Southwell Road West, Mansfield NG21 0HJ. We are based in Mansfield and cover a 30-mile radius, which takes in the whole of Nottinghamshire, north-east Derbyshire and part of South Yorkshire. On-site visits are included as standard within about 15 miles, covering Mansfield, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Chesterfield, Worksop, Bolsover, Alfreton, Hucknall, Arnold and Nottingham. Further out we work remote-first and schedule visits for the work that genuinely needs somebody in the room, because a remote fix usually lands before a van would.
How much does IT support from SetWeb cost?
Monthly plans are Remote at £40, Support at £70 and Complete at £100 per user per month, with on-site visits included from the Support plan upward. Businesses not ready for a plan can use pay-as-you-go at £85 an hour with no minimum.
How much does a SetWeb website cost?
Websites are a fixed price agreed before work starts: £249 for a five-page starter site, £499 for a brand-led business site, and online shops from £1,250. The first year of hosting is included in all of them.
How long has SetWeb been trading?
Since 2016. That is 10 years serving Nottinghamshire from Mansfield, with 50+ businesses helped, most of them small firms in trades, care, home services and professional practices.
Who will I actually deal with?
