Servers are priced separately at £60–100 per server, per month. Covers monitoring, patching, backup verification and restore testing on Windows and Linux servers, physical or virtual. Priced on role and size rather than a flat rate, because a domain controller and a line-of-business database are not the same job.
Pay as you go Not ready for a plan? We work pay-as-you-go at £85 per hour, on-site or remote, with no minimum commitment. Most clients move onto a plan once they have added up a few months of call-outs.

What is not in the price
Prices exclude VAT. The plan prices are what you pay for the plans as described. The only variables are the number of users, the number of servers, and anything outside the included coverage area, all confirmed in writing before you sign.
Below about five users, a monthly plan rarely works in your favour and pay-as-you-go at £85 an hour is usually the better answer. We will tell you which side of that line you are on rather than selling you a plan.
What sits outside the monthly fee: hardware and software licensing, projects such as migrations and office moves, out-of-hours work, and on-site time beyond the coverage area. All of it is quoted in advance rather than appearing on an invoice afterwards.

How much does IT support cost per user in the UK?
Managed IT support in the UK typically costs between £40 and £150 per user per month, and most small businesses land between £60 and £85 for a plan that genuinely includes security, backup and a response commitment. Our Support plan sits at £70 per user per month with on-site visits included.
Do you charge extra for on-site visits?
No. On-site visits are included in our Support and Complete plans within our Nottinghamshire coverage area. Pay-as-you-go clients are charged for on-site time at our standard hourly rate, which is one of the main reasons most clients move onto a plan.
How are servers priced?
Servers sit outside the per-user price at £60 to £100 per server per month, depending on role and size. That covers monitoring, patching, backup verification and restore testing, because a domain controller and a line-of-business database are not the same job.
What does pay-as-you-go cost?
Pay-as-you-go work is £85 per hour, on-site or remote, with no minimum commitment. It suits businesses with occasional needs, though most clients move onto a plan once they have added up a few months of call-outs.
How much does a website cost?
Websites start at £249 for a five-page starter site and £499 for a brand-led business site, with online shops and larger builds from £1,250. Custom software is quoted per project after the free process review, so the price you get is a fixed one rather than an estimate.
Are the prices on this page the price we actually pay?
Yes, for the plans as described. The only variables are the number of users, the number of servers, and anything outside our included coverage area, all of which we confirm in writing before you sign anything.
