Everything we do

We build it, and we look after it

Two halves of one business. On one side the websites, software and automation we design and build. On the other the IT support, hosting and security we run day to day. Most agencies do the first and hand you over. Most IT companies do the second and cannot build. Doing both is the whole point.

Websites, software and automation

Web and Software Development

We design and build the systems your business runs on. This includes websites, custom business software, integrations between the systems you already use, and automation of repetitive admin. You get software shaped around how you work, built and changed by the same team.

  • Websites

We design and build websites for small businesses. This includes the design, the copy, a mobile-first build, page speed and an editor your team can use. You get a site that turns visitors into enquiries and that you can update yourself.

    • Ecommerce, Online shops built to sell, from £1,250, with stock, payments and postage connected to how you actually trade.
    • Booking Systems, Websites that take real bookings against real availability, rather than an enquiry form and four phone calls.
    • Customer Portals, A logged-in area where customers see their own jobs, documents and history, instead of ringing to ask.
    • Website Care Plans, Updates, backups, security patching and small changes, on a monthly plan with a named team behind it.
    • Website Redesign, Replacing a tired site without throwing away the rankings and enquiries the old one was quietly earning.
    • WordPress Web Design, WordPress built and maintained properly, with an honest answer about when it is the wrong tool.
  • Custom Software Development

We build software for the jobs no off-the-shelf product does properly. This includes booking, job management, quoting, invoicing and integrations with the systems you already run. You get one system instead of a stack of spreadsheets.

    • Replacing Spreadsheets, The point where a spreadsheet stops being clever and starts being a risk, and what to do about it.
    • Systems Integration, Connecting the systems you already run, so nothing has to be typed out twice.
    • CRM Systems, A CRM shaped around how you actually sell, for the businesses the off-the-shelf ones do not fit.
    • Laravel Development, A UK Laravel team with named people, fixed prices and the same engineers hosting what they build.
  • AI Automation

We automate the repetitive admin your team does by hand. This includes quotes, data entry, document processing, enquiry handling and chasing paperwork. You get hours back each week, starting with a free review of where they go.

    • AI Chat Assistants, A chat assistant that answers from your actual documents, and hands over to a person when it should.
    • Lead Handling, Automatic follow-up on missed calls and enquiries, so the work you already paid to attract stops slipping away.
    • Document Processing, Reading invoices, orders and forms automatically, with a person checking the ones that matter.

IT support, hosting and security

Managed IT Services

We look after the technology your business already relies on. This includes the helpdesk, on-site visits, servers, backups, email, cyber security and hosting. You get one supplier responsible for keeping all of it running.

  • IT Support

We provide day-to-day IT support for your staff, computers and servers. This includes the helpdesk, monitoring, updates, email and mailbox administration, backups and on-site visits. You get one team responsible for keeping your IT working.

    • Monthly Support Plans, Three plans with published prices, on-site included from £70 per user, and a coverage area measured in miles.
    • On-Site & Remote, Same-day engineer visits included in the plan, plus remote sessions that resolve most faults within the hour.
    • Servers & Backups, Windows and Linux servers, physical and virtual, backed up to two places with restores tested rather than assumed.
    • Computer Repair, Component-level repair of business laptops and desktops, on site or on the bench, instead of a replacement quote.
    • Cyber Security, Proportionate safeguards for a business your size, plus Cyber Essentials preparation. No scare tactics.
    • Cyber Essentials, Gap analysis, the remediation work and the evidence, so the assessment is a review rather than a scramble.
    • Networks and WiFi, Coverage surveyed rather than guessed, firewalls configured, and the dead spot in the back office fixed.
    • Cloud Migration, Moving files, email and applications off ageing kit, in stages, without a week of nobody working.
  • Hosting

We host websites, email and business applications on managed UK servers. This includes backups, SSL certificates, updates, monitoring and renewals. You get hosting somebody is actually watching, so nothing expires unnoticed.

    • Business Email, Mailboxes on your own domain, set up properly, with the anti-spoofing records most small businesses are missing.

Frequently asked questions

If the answer is not here, ask us. You will get a straight one, from someone who does the work.

Mon–Fri, 9am–5:30pm

Do I have to buy both sides?

No. Plenty of clients take one and never the other, and a website client is never pushed toward a support plan. The reason both exist under one roof is that when a website, a piece of software and the network it runs on are looked after by the same team, nobody gets to say the problem belongs to somebody else.

What if what I need is not listed?

Ring us. This page covers the work we do most often rather than the limit of what we can help with, and a good share of what we build started as a client asking whether we could take a look at something. If it needs a specialist alongside us we will arrange that and manage it, so you make one call and get one answer.

Which service should I start with?

Whichever problem is costing you most this month. If enquiries are not arriving, start with the website. If your team loses hours to admin that a system should be doing, start with custom software or automation. If things keep breaking and nobody owns them, start with IT support. The free review will tell you which if you are not sure.

Are prices published for all of this?

Websites, support plans and hosting have published prices. Custom software and automation are quoted per project because the honest range is too wide to put a single number on, but the cost guides set out real figures and what moves them before you speak to anybody.
